Founded in 2018, SMEMA began as a solution for Artmie, an e-commerce company providing art materials to over 16 countries. Artmie's rapid success necessitated a comprehensive software solution to manage its expanding operations efficiently. Thus, SMEMA was born, covering all aspects of e-commerce from purchasing goods to delivering parcels to customers' doors across multiple countries.

Today, SMEMA is a small but fast-growing company with a dedicated and talented team. We take pride in our motivated team members who work tirelessly to help our partners achieve their goals and expand their horizons. We're committed to continuous improvement and the development of new features to better serve our clients.

Until now, SMEMA has processed more than 1.2 million orders. It integrates with dozens of software systems to establish a comprehensive all-in-one solution. SMEMA is a fully just-in-time software that manages products, changes prices, calculates inventory, imports payments, handles currency conversions, considers country-specific VAT, processes orders, actively tracks parcels, and manages many other critical processes.
